Project Foreman
Job Title: Project Foreman
FLSA: Nonexempt
Reports to: Operations Manager
Effectively and safely manages the day to day operations of individual drilling projects
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manages costs, crews, safety, equipment, supplies, client and clerical duties
- Inspect work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
- Train employees in safe equipment operation and procedures
- Conduct weekly safety meetings, PGI’s and monthly task observations
- Perform accident and incident investigations
- Analyze and resolve work problems and assist workers in solving work problems
- Maintain all project paperwork and reports
- Schedule crew and manpower resources
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies
- Evaluate worker performance, reward or discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems through conflict resolution and progressive discipline.
- Report and provide updates to the Operations Manager regarding project status

Drillers are often required to stand, bend and twist, use hands and fingers, handle or fell, talk or hear and reach above the shoulders with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk and sit. The Drill Helper often performs repetitious work involving use of hands and wrists.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass background check
- Subject to post offer physical
- Must be willing to travel
- High school diploma or GED required
