Kyle Rhoderick - President
17 years of mining and mineral industry technical and management experience provide Mr. Rhoderick the required background for this position. He has been a mine geologist, surveyor, mine planning engineer, drill and blast engineer, open pit production foreman, underground production general foreman, corporate raw materials manager and contracting manager. Mr. Rhoderick is a holds a B.S. in Geology from Auburn University. Mr. Rhoderick is a certified MSHA trainer.
Craig Bradford - Director of Product Development and Equipment Management
Mr. Bradford has been the Vice President of Connors since 1998. Before his current position, Craig took on the role of shop foreman in 1996 and later became the shop manager. Mr. Bradford has been with the company since 1980 and has worked extensively throughout North and South America and Asia Pacific. Craig is a certified heavy duty mechanic. As Director of Product Development,he is responsible for the acquisition of and/or the design, building and maintenance of the Connors drill fleet.
Steve Parrish - Vice President of Finance
Mr. Parrish comes to Connors Drilling with over 25 years of financial and senior management experience. This experience has spanned many companies and industries. Steve earned his MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University. He also earned a BA in Math and Economics from Colgate University.
Grover Wallace - Director of Human Resource and Health, Safety and Environmental
Mr. Wallace comes to Connors with over 25 years of mining and mineral industry experience. His prior experience has been in a variety of mine settings from surface coal, underground trona, mineral processing facilities and international operations. Grover holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming with an emphasis in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Additionally, he holds certifications from MSHA and is a certified Industrial Fire Fighter.
Chris Morris - Director of US Operations
Mr. Morris has been working in the industry for 23 years. Chris has held various management positions with Connors including manager of CDU, our Australian affiliate. Before his current position he was responsible for operations management of Alaska and the North West United States.
